5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's app billing system. Payment terms include:

• Paid plans are approved and managed inside the Shopify admin
• Recurring charges renew according to the billing terms shown during approval
• Plan changes or cancellations may change your access to paid features immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on Shopify's billing flow
• Failed or reversed charges may result in suspension of paid features

6. Consumer Right to Cancel

You can cancel a paid subscription using the billing controls provided in the embedded Shopify app, subject to applicable law and Shopify's billing policies.

Access to paid digital features may end when a subscription is cancelled or when the current billing term completes, depending on how the charge was created and approved in Shopify.

• Renewal timing and charge details are shown during Shopify's billing approval flow
• You can review your current plan inside the app before changing or cancelling it
• We may update pricing for future billing periods with notice inside the app or on our pricing page
• If a recurring charge is declined or cancelled, paid features may be limited or removed

For Consumers resident in the United States: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY under the International Chamber of Commerce rules.

For all other Consumers: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England, except where amended by local consumer protection laws.

For Businesses: Any disputes shall be governed by English law, and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
